A note of thanks to both Richard and Mark for expediting the sale of our Park Avenue Co-op, they were both extremely professional and diligent, with great communication skills as well. We were kept in the loop as promised; their suggestions were correct from pricing to changes made to make the property more saleable. - Peter and Margaret F. - sellersPersonally this is the first time I am going through this process and now I fully understand why you deserve every bit of commission you receive for this. As a matter of fact, it is likely you are being grossly underpaid! - Matthew B, real estate developer - buyerThanks again for your help with this transaction. Truly above and beyond. NYC real estate has many quirks and I am glad I had you to guide me through them. - David B. - first time buyerIt all went very smoothly, and the credit goes to you. Great job! Thanks to you we were well prepared and educated in our search. - James and Maryann M. - first time buyerMark was the first agent who knew exactly what had to be done, knew how to do it--and carried everything off with perfect execution. The whole process was speedy, efficient and most of all, pleasant (as pleasant as these things can be) and rewarding. Mark is without question the very best agent I have ever dealt with. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and always available for consultation. He brings nothing less than his A game to the table at all times. - Robert R.-SellerMark did so much for me - over and above the actual sale of my apartment - and I now consider him to be a good friend as well as a superb real estate professional.
